SUMMARY As the HubSpot Implementation & Support Specialist you will support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing success of our HubSpot platform. You will be responsible for turning business requirements into effective HubSpot solutions, ensuring data accuracy, supporting user adoption, and maintaining high-quality system delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and enable teams with meaningful reporting and documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and maintain HubSpot solutions to support business requirements.
Configure and optimize workflows, pipelines, custom properties, forms, lists, and dashboards.
Validate data accuracy and integrity across HubSpot records and reporting assets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Develop and execute test plans and test scenarios for new configurations and enhancements.
Perform quality checks on workflows, automations, and system changes before launch.
Monitor implementation quality and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Investigate and resolve HubSpot-related issues involving processes, automation, data, and system functionality.
Support users with system questions, troubleshooting, and process guidance.
Create and maintain clear documentation for all system configurations, workflows, processes, and changes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience implementing and administering HubSpot CRM and related HubSpot hubs.
Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, automation, pipelines, properties, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing defect resolution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Experience documenting business and technical processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
HubSpot certifications.
Experience with CRM data management, reporting, and data quality initiatives.
Experience supporting multiple user groups and cases e.g. Operations and Commercial teams.
Knowledge of integration concepts and business process automation.
Knowledge of Healthcare or Clinical Research
