What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community.
- Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and property performance.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, rent collections, and NOI.
- Oversee leasing, maintenance, vendors, and onsite team performance.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations.
- Build strong resident relationships and lead resident retention initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
- LIHTC experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
