Advertised Compensation: $67,306 + quarterly bonus
Purpose: The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees the grab-and-go food program within Cleveland International Airport location, ensuring consistent execution, product quality, and exceptional guest service.
Essential Functions:
Oversees daily grab-and-go food operations, owning the end-to-end management of inventory, product presentation, and operational standards across multiple grab-and-go outlets; ensures all products are fresh, properly rotated, and attractively merchandised
Manages ordering, receiving, and vendor coordination to guarantee timely delivery, minimizes waste, and maintains consistent stock levels
Monitors and controls inventory, waste, and shrink to achieve cost and margin goals
Upholds compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and airport regulations
Partners with Culinary, Retail OperatioOns, and Supply Chain teams on product launches and replenishment plans
Analyzes sales performance data to drive continuous improvement
Identifies and resolves operational issues quickly to maintain smooth, efficient service
Promotes brand standards through quality, presentation, and customer experience
Reporting Relationship & Role Information:
The F&B Manager typically reports to the Director of Operations
This position as described falls under the Fair Labor Standards Act as an Exempt position
This role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays due to business needs and flight schedules
