Position Overview:
The Human Capital Operations Specialist will drive day-to-day internal departmental efficiency while executing end-to-end project management. The Operations Specialist anchors our team by managing essential coordination, communication infrastructure, and administrative logistics. This role manages internal department administration and drives client projects from initial scope to final delivery.


Responsibilities:
• Centralize and improve organizational procedures to maximize departmental efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Capital team (recurring coordination, communication, and administrative needs)
• Support Human Capital leadership in forecasting and tracking projects related to revenue goals.
• Serve as liaison as needed to billing department related to client projects and appropriate invoicing practices.
• Serve as the end-to-end project management point person on client projects from inquiry through execution stage.
• Own and lead the development of project scopes, cost estimates, and end-to-end project timelines.
• Serve as the executor responsible for creating and executing CSAs on AMPLOS’s behalf.
• Own and manage incoming inquiries, ensuring timely response and follow-through.
• Manage adjustments related to changes in project scope and/or schedule to keep workstreams aligned and on track.
• Manage the delivery of project deliverables, including curriculum pathways, workbooks, G2 documents, and accountability videos.
• Maintain and drive all internal communication related to past, current, and upcoming projects, including huddle and engagement meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the practice.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred; or a combination of an Associate’s degree and significant, directly related professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business operations, project management, or a professional services environment where independent oversight was required.
• High attention to quality and detail, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and project management platforms like Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a track record of managing complex, high-priority projects from inception to completion.
