    Description

    Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and management.  We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support one of our existing client engagements. We desire someone with the diverse experience and skills in human capital strategy, workforce planning, and management consulting.

    Candidates for this position will work closely with our client agency, serving as a human capital SME team member in creating an agency-wide human capital workforce plan.
     

    Responsibilities include:
    • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
    • Conduct relevant research and analysis
    • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
    • Support client executives in the development of the organization’s strategy around the current and future workforce
    • Assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of current workforce data
    • Translate data analysis findings into written documents, briefings, and graphics
    • Assess internal and external data, external factors, and mission drivers to make recommendations regarding workforce planning

    Minimum requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related field
    • 4+ years related experience
    • Consulting experience required
    • Superior knowledge of the HR function and processes
    • Experience supporting federal agencies in workforce planning efforts
    • Experience leading change in organizations
    • Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
    • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
    • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite


    Desired experience and certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
