Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD), with a strong grasp of design thinking methodologies.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing.
- Background in working within Agile software development environments.
- Proficiency with Figma, including the ability to develop low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Knowledge of Information Architecture and its application to digital product design.
- Strong experience in managing stakeholder relationships and navigating team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct experience benchmarking, usability testing, and insight synthesis to support and validate design decisions.
- Analyze user behaviors and channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Develop and communicate personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to reflect user needs and pain points.
- Identify the root causes of experience challenges and recommend actionable design solutions.
- Co-create value models and experience blueprints in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to align goals and drive innovation.
