About the Role:

As a Human-Centered Design Experience Architect, you'll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, designers, and software development teams to ensure user needs, business goals, and technical realities stay aligned. Your work will involve leading research, shaping experience roadmaps, reviewing designs, running usability tests, and synthesizing findings to help teams take actionable steps.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Direction: Conduct ongoing user research, develop personas and journey maps, and align with stakeholders on vision and goals.
• Execution & Delivery: Plan and facilitate usability testing, conduct research, and translate insights into actionable guidance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with business partners and software engineers to ensure smooth implementation and present findings clearly.
• Emerging Tools & Ways of Working: Explore new tools and workflows, including AI-enabled support, to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Strategy, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of experience in UX, digital strategy, product design, or human-centered research roles.
• Strong grounding in Human-Centered Design principles and research methods.
• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with Jira or similar tools.

Preferences:

• Experience with AI-powered tools used in design, research, or synthesis.
• Comfortable working within agile, sprint-based teams.
• Curious, thoughtful, and user-focused individual.
