The Human Resources Administrator is a key partner in supporting the day-to-day HR needs of the team. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding new hires to supporting offboarding—while maintaining accurate records and assisting with payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation administration. As a go-to resource for employee questions and support, the HR Administrator helps ensure HR processes run smoothly, consistently, and with a strong focus on creating a positive employee experience.
This job generally operates in a clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled professional office environment with minimal physical hazards or unsafe noise levels. Standard overhead fluorescent or LED lighting is used throughout all shared workspaces. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, copy/fax machines, etc. The noise level may vary based on the shared workspace.
