Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced, sharp, and reliable Office Manager / Accounting & HR Administrator to support daily administrative, accounting, and human resources functions. The ideal candidate is seasoned, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Handle accounting tasks using QuickBooks (required)
  • Prepare and process AIA billings
  • Manage Paychex payroll processing
  • Support HR functions including employee records, onboarding, and compliance
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial and personnel documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, tracking, and documentation
  • Assist management with special projects and operational support as needed
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong experience in an office management, accounting, or administrative role
  • QuickBooks experience is required
  • Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of HR processes and payroll
  • Experience with Paychex payroll systems
  • Experience preparing AIA billing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong computer skills and comfort using new technology
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills and a proactive mindset
