HR Solutions has been providing outsourced Payroll, HR and Benefits Services to businesses for over 25 years.

We are seeking someone that has a desire to learn our business from the ground up with unlimited growth potential.

This is an in-office full-time position with Benefits, 401k, and PTO. May be eligible for a hybrid remote with successful completion of orientation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Sr. HR consultants and clients with various HR administration activities.
  • Utilize various HR systems to maintain records and to manage employee information from hire to retire.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HR Degree or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 suite
