Summary Statement
The Department of Justice, Administrative Division, is recruiting for a Human Resource Advisor I (Merit Comparable job classification) position in New Castle County.
The selected candidate will assist with a variety of general human resources functions, provide support for HR-related administrative operations, and assist with personnel records management and other department-wide HR initiatives. Working under the guidance of experienced HR professionals, the selected candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting the Department''s day-to-day human resources operations.
This is a Casual/Seasonal position, currently approved to work up to 37.5 hours per week. Compensation is based on an hourly rate and is paid only for hours worked. This position is not eligible for State pension benefits, health insurance, or other State employee benefits.
