Must have at least 3+ years of plant human resource generalist background - expertise in exempt talent acquisition within manufacturing operations required! Bachelor degree required.
Other areas include employee relations, training, performance management, reporting, analytics and program administration. This position will report into the site HR Manager for a non-union plant.
Strong strategic understanding of full life cycle talent acquisition required. High volume, complex recruitment in areas of engineering, technology and other plant level leadership roles (does not handle non-exempt staffing needs).
Must be a persuasive communicator, analytical, strategic and effective problem solver with the ability to manage the function autonomously. Fantastic opportunity to gain experience and continue advancing career within the HR field.
