The Work You Will Do:
This is a professional personnel position responsible for administering the Workers Compensation, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Family Support Work Program (FSWP), Sick Leave Pool and Sick Leave Transfer Programs established within the Department of Business & Professional Regulation. The incumbent in this position serves as the lead position of the employee relations section. Incumbent in this position is a subject matter expert for workers compensation, sick leave pool and transfer, and FMLA/FSWP activities to ensure all are processed in accordance with Florida Statutes, Department of Management Services (DMS) Rules and Regulations, and internal agency policies procedures.
