WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or receptionist experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of Human Resources experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional and detail-oriented mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills REQUIRED
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Provide professional front desk and receptionist coverage
• Support HR administrative functions and documentation
• Assist with employee engagement and internal communications
• Maintain organized digital and physical HR records
• Help ensure smooth daily office and HR operations
