Now hiring a Legal Secretary for a well-established local estate planning attorney’s office.

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in either:

  • Succession preparation/writing, OR

  • Medicaid applications and related documentation

This position will include:

  • Preparing and organizing legal documents

  • Assisting with estate planning and succession paperwork

  • Communicating with clients in a professional manner

  • Managing files, scheduling, and general office support

  • Maintaining confidentiality and organization in a fast-paced office environment

 

 

Pay can be negotiable depending on experience.
