Position Summary
The Human Resources Assistant is a temporary, three-month contract position responsible for supporting the organizations HR records management and compliance initiatives. This role will conduct a comprehensive audit of employee paper records maintained at the Princeton Junction, NJ office. This position will review, organize, retain, destroy, and digitize personnel files and Form I-9 documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable record retention requirements.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while managing a high volume of sensitive employee information.
This position will report directly to the Director of HR Operations, while reporting on a dotted line to the HRIS Coordinator who will oversee the project.

This is a temporary, part-time contract position expected to last approximately two months. The position is fully on-site at the Princeton Junction, New Jersey office. Schedule can have some schedule flexibility but must be within 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday business hours.
