Job Description
TCI has an immediate need for a Human Resources Assistant in Richmond, VA. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire.
SUMMARY
SUMMARY
- Assist the HR team aligned to the Home Health segment of the company in delivering required pre-hire & onboarding process deliverables across a variety of site locations.
- Post-employment drug screening.
- Managing the background process including clinical licensure review.
- Uploading appropriate paperwork in DoucCloud (I-9, offer letters, sign-on bonuses).
- Using e-verification system for I-9's.
- Preparing reports and correspondence about status of pre-hire and onboarding processes, referring issues as needed to HR team.
- Coordinating communications with employees and office staff regarding day 1 actions, including registering new hires for orientation.
- Prepare reports and correspondence, as directed.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by Human Resources Department.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Work is on-site in Richmond, VA. M-F 8-5
