Job Summary
At Bozzuto's, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a balanced strategic and tactical advisor to business leaders, implementing workforce and organizational strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capability, and talent development. This role partners closely with leadership teams to build a high-performing culture through workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, employee relations, and leadership development. The HRBP leverages data, insights, and collaboration with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services to deliver people solutions that support business performance and achieve key organizational goals.
This role is critical in helping the organization attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while ensuring the workforce, culture, and leadership capabilities necessary to achieve long-term business success. This HRBP shares accountability with business leaders for achieving key business outcomes related to productivity, retention, engagement, leadership effectiveness, workforce readiness, and organizational performance
