Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) reports to Corporate Human Resources and maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Plant Manager. This position serves as the primary HR resource for Transcendia's Hebron facility, partnering closely with plant leadership to support business objectives through effective talent management, employee relations, leadership development, workforce planning, and HR compliance.
The HRBP plays a key role in executing Transcendia's corporate and site-level initiatives by developing workforce capabilities, coaching leaders, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring HR programs, policies, and practices are administered consistently and effectively. This position is responsible for supporting a workforce of approximately 140-160 employees and balancing both strategic HR partnership and day-to-day HR operations to meet the needs of the business and its employees.
