The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-known healthcare organization in Hamilton, TX to find Human Resources Clerk to play a key role in creating a positive employee experience through onboarding, education management, and HR administration.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly new hire orientation, including scheduling, organizing refreshments, materials, and presentations
- Manage employee training and Health.edu education requirements
- Assign courses to employees, monitor progress, and report compliance status
- Partner with leadership to review and update training programs
- Process employee changes, including transfers, promotions, status changes, terminations, name changes, and salary adjustments
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous receptionist experience preferred
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Professional & able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
