Summary:
Human Resource Coordinator
needed for an office in Athens, Ohio. This role will support a variety of HR related tasks, but the primary focus will be:
  • Receiving and reviewing resumes for consideration on posted positions
  • Initial screening process steps including phone screens
  • Interviewing and onboarding
  • Helping to build effective recruiting strategies
  • Documentation and handling applicant inquiries on searches
  • Other related support tasks to HR, administrative, and backing up team members.
This is a permanent, full-time position, hiring immediately. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (with a paid 30-minute lunch). This is an hourly role, and pay is commensurate with experience. Health insurance is not available, but all major holidays are paid and there is immediate and accrued PTO.

Qualifications:
  • At least one year of human resource experience is required.
  • Related education is preferred but not required.
  • Must be comfortable with MS Office and have prior experience working in some type of database.
  • Must be comfortable navigating internet-based recruiting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Being a critical thinker and excellent time management skills are vital for this role.
