Job Description
TSG Executive Search is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee records, compliance tracking, and day-to-day HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, paperwork, and employee file setup
  • Support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and posting jobs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Track required licenses, certifications, background checks, and other compliance items
  • Assist employees with routine HR questions and direct them to the right resources
  • Support offboarding and other HR administrative processes
  • Help keep HR systems, trackers, and reports up to date
Requirements
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems preferred
  • Healthcare, therapy, or multi-site experience is a plus
