Assist with open and new position administration.
Assist with educating newly hired employees on HR-established practices.
Responsible for employee life cycle administration that will include entry of new hires, status changes, rate changes, etc. into HRIS.
Assist with implementation of the new HRIS platform.
Assist with employee data.
Assist with providing support to employees in various HR-related topics.
Assist with regulatory related reporting.
Assist with internal third-party follow-up and inquires form establish Human Resource vendors,
Assist with maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits.
Special Projects assign by CHRO
Employee file compliance maintenance,
Assist with onboarding efforts,
Education: Bachelor or years of experience will be taken into consideration.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of Human Resources, and Healthcare desire
