As a Human Resource Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and maintaining efficient employee records. What You'll Do
As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate, organized employee files in both electronic and paper formats.
  • Assisting with HR audits and compliance reviews, including preparing documentation for scheduled and surprise audits.
  • Updating and managing employee information within the HRIS system.
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Communicating professionally with employees and internal stakeholders regarding HR-related inquiries.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and strict adherence to company policies and employment regulations.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office environment; HR coordination experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Paycom (HRIS) is a significant plus.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong time management skills and a professional demeanor, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
