Human Resources Generalist Location: Mayfield Village, OH Department: Human Resources Reports To: Vice President, Human Resources Help Us Build Great Teams! We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist who enjoys recruiting, employee relations, talent development, and partnering with leaders to support business growth. What You'll Do: Talent Acquisition & Hiring - - Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and build recruiting plans.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels.
- Screen, interview, coordinate, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Develop strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Performance Engagement - - Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and provide coaching.
- Assist with performance management processes, documentation, and development planning.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.
- Guide leaders on policy interpretation, communication, and employment-related practices.
- Help identify opportunities to improve employee retention and performance.
Compensation & HR Analytics - - Support compensation planning, market benchmarking, and salary administration.
- Assist with merit planning, promotions, transfers, and pay recommendations.
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports and dashboards related to recruiting, compensation, and workforce trends.
HR Technology & Process Improvement - - Serve as a power user for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Help configure, test, and implement HR technology solutions.
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency.
- Utilize automation, AI tools, and analytics to improve HR operations and recruiting effectiveness.
Learning & Development Support - - Partner with Learning & Development to enhance onboarding and employee development programs.
- Provide feedback and insights that help improve training and leadership development initiatives.
- Support programs that strengthen employee growth, engagement, and retention.
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree required in human resources, business administration, communications or similar.
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Knowledge of employee relations and performance management practices.
- Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
