Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for HR responsibilities including recruitment/staffing, new hire orientation, performance management, benefits administration and corporate compliance. In addition the HR Generalist is responsible for general staff communication, daily employee relation activities with staff and the updating and maintenance of employee records.

Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in human resources or related experience in customer service
