Human Resource Generalist

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Employee Culture Partner to join their client's team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that human resources processes align with the company's values and goals. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with 1-2 days required onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations and risk management processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one supervision, staffing, and corrective action as needed.
• Offer guidance on policy interpretation, employee relations processes, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, documentation requirements, and program timeframes.
• Handle unemployment claims and administration.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to inform decision-making.
• Maintain calendar and files, including essential documentation.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in human resources.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• SHRM-CP, PHR certification required or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year from starting the position.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.

Additional Information:

• Pay Range: $30 - $31 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift
• Location: Hybrid in Albuquerque, New Mexico
