Human Resource Generalist Role
The HR Generalist will serve as the primary HR point of contact across multiple international regions and will oversee end-to-end HR operations with minimal oversight.
Will partner closely with leadership while ensuring consistency, compliance, and strong employee support across distributed teams.
Requires a highly autonomous HR professional capable of balancing strategic judgment with hands-on execution in a global environment.
Bring a strong corporate HR foundation, excellent tenure stability, KPI-driven decision-making ability, and polished executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transitions, employee changes, and offboarding
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across multiple countries
Handle employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, terminations, performance concerns, and manager coaching
Support payroll coordination for approximately 60 employees utilizing ADP across multiple geographies
Partner with leadership on compensation analysis, compensation alignment, and HR reporting metrics
Maintain compliance alignment across regions and support HR governance and policy consistency
Drive HR administration, documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness
Track and support HR KPIs, reporting metrics, and workforce analytics
Partner with an India-based recruiter on candidate calibration, interview participation, hiring quality, and selection decisions
Support hiring processes strategically without ownership of recruiting quotas or hiring targets
Operate independently in a high-trust environment with strong decision-making capability and minimal supervision
Human Resource Generalist Background Profile
Bachelors degree required
Preference for candidates from top-tier or large universities with strong academic backgrounds
5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HRBP experience within established corporate environments
Strong preference for candidates coming from larger corporate organizations rather than early-stage startup environments
Demonstrated tenure stability with an average of 3+ years per employer preferred
Proven employee relations experience including investigations, grievances, performance management, and terminations
Experience supporting HR operations across multiple regions or countries required
Payroll coordination experience required, preferably utilizing ADP
Compensation analysis and HR metrics/KPI reporting experience required
Strong understanding of compliance, HR administration, and operational process management
Experience supporting global or distributed workforces highly preferred
Ability to operate with high integrity, discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in sensitive situations
