What You'll Do as a Human Resources Generalist:

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding while maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records
• Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with performance management processes, employee development programs, and training coordination
• Maintain HRIS records, process personnel changes, and prepare HR reports and metrics
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies

What You Need to Bring to the Human Resources Generalist Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2-5 years of Human Resources experience required
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage multiple priorities
