Job Description
Magnum Electric is seeking an experienced Onsite HR Generalist to support operations at a large, fast-paced project in Ellendale, North Dakota. This role will serve as the onsite HR lead, supporting the workforce and project leadership team with day-to-day employee relations, onboarding, compliance, communication, and general HR support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and comfortable working in a construction environment with a large field workforce.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite HR point of contact for employees and project leadership
- .Support employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork
- Assist with workforce communication, policy administration, and employee support
- Help manage attendance-related processes, workforce tracking, and general personnel documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is handled properly

Qualifications
- Previous HR experience required
- Prior experience in construction, industrial, or field-based environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently while also supporting project leadership and field teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer-based administrative tasks
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
