To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

·       Provide administrative support to executive leaders and the HR Leadership Team.

·       Manage calendars, meeting schedules, agendas, action item trackers, and departmental coordination activities.

·       Coordinate leadership meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.

·       Develop and distribute associate communications related to benefits, organizational changes, employee programs, and Tech Center initiatives.

·       Create associate recognition communications, digital signage content, TV slides, and monthly acknowledgments.

·       Coordinate companywide and local associate engagement initiatives including health fairs, holiday celebrations, appreciation events, and community activities.

·       Support social media and internal communications campaigns, including Veterans Day, Employee Appreciation Day, and other recognition events.

·       Assist with engagement survey communications, promotional materials, and marketing activities.

·       Support preparation and distribution of quarterly business updates and presentations.

·       Prepare presentations, reports, and PowerPoint materials.

·       Track and maintain departmental budgets.

·       Coordinate agency invoices and monthly hour tracking.

·       Process invoices, purchase requisitions, and capital requests through OnBase.

·       Serve as a liaison for invoice questions and vendor-related inquiries.

·       Administer company store vendor relationships, invoices, product ordering, and special initiatives.

·       Coordinate candidate interviews, travel arrangements, and all related logistics.

·       Maintain recruiting spreadsheets and reports.

·       Support training activities and meetings.

·       Maintain organizational charts and publish updates as changes occur.

·       Update and manage HR SharePoint content.

·       Reconcile monthly credit card expenses and process expense reports.

·       Coordinate service award programs, including certificates and milestone awards.

·       Manage monthly HR birthday communications and coordinate department celebrations and events.

·       Participate in the onboarding process, serving as a backup for entering and maintaining new hire information in UKG.

·       Enter and manage E-Verify cases for corporate associates, while monitoring weekly and monthly submissions to ensure timely processing, accuracy, and compliance.

·       Coordinate unemployment inquiries and submit required work waivers.

·       Partner with facilities and service providers to support Tech Center operations.

·       Provide reception, lobby, phone, and front-office support.

·       Coordinate mail distribution and department deliveries.

·       Coordinate associate support programs, including issuing safety shoe and safety glasses vouchers, and arranging floral orders.

·       Maintain personnel files and department records in accordance with company policies.

·       Review and maintain digital communication content for internal communication displays.

This salary exempt role is a part of our Corporate Human Resource team and reports to the Human Resource Manager.

 

Required experience:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of administrative, HR, executive support, or office coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 

Preferred additional skills and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership.
  • Experience coordinating employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Concur, OnBase, or similar business systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or corporate office environment.
