Human Resources Generalist

LHH Recruiting is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with an emphasis on benefits administration for a direct hire position with our client in Phoenix, AZ The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's recruiting programs, onboarding new hires, maintain the learning management system (LMS), as well as assisting in other HR-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the LMS content, uploading new courses for employees, as well as monitor and provide feedback on the effectiveness of employee training and development courses provided.
Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding benefit options, plan provisions, and claims procedures.
Assist in other HR-related functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR-related reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on learning and development.
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems

Pay Details: $31.00 to $33.00 per hour
