May Center is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage a range of HR operations for 400+ employees supporting Children Services Residential Programs and Educational Centers in and around surrounding Randolph, Massachusetts. This role will require the ability to travel to other Massachusetts locations as needed.Your ImpactThe Human Resources Generalist role facilitates human resources activities to guide employees through the employment lifecycle; including:

Onboarding coordinationTransactional- position & comp changes, file management, review of offers & hire transactionsLeave of absence & workplace injury coordinationEmployee relations- investigating incidents/concerns/complaints, conflict management and mediationCoaching & counseling Managers on employee incidents, performance management & progressive disciplineEmployee engagement- Administer New Hire Check-in Program, site visits, employee forumsOffboarding activities

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in a related field.SHRM or PHR Certification preferred.Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience.Good working knowledge of labor and employment laws and practices.Workplace investigation experience required.Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
