In this role, you'll lead investigations and make recommendations to guide managers and employees through workplace concerns. This is a key position for someone who values integrity, confidentiality, and meaningful impact.What You'll Do

Lead fair, thorough investigations into employee concerns and allegations of employee misconductAdvise managers and staff on investigation outcomes and next stepsMaintain accurate, confidential documentation of all investigations and employee relations matters, including notes and reportsIdentify trends arising from investigations and recommend solutions to promote a positive work culture

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or commensurate experience3-5 years' experience in employee relations or workplace investigationsStrong knowledge of employment laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.)Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility and willingness to travel occasionally to other May Institute sites as business needs requireAbility to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
