Key Responsibilities
- Administrate full-cycle recruitment for technicians, sales, and office staff
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation
- Support employee relations, coaching, and performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA requirements
- Administer benefits (health, 401(k), PTO) and assist with payroll support
- Track HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs
- Support training, engagement, and retention initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience required
- Service, construction, or security industry experience preferred
- Ability to support both field and office employees
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
