Position Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000- $70,000 (based on experience)
Are you an HR professional who enjoys variety, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact? We're seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a growing organization where you'll play a key role in supporting employees, leaders, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Support employee relations and performance management initiatives
- Administer benefits and leave programs
- Maintain HRIS records and employee files
- Assist with safety, compliance, and OSHA-related activities
- Coordinate training and employee development programs
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building efforts
- Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous Human Resources experience required
- Knowledge of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
