As a Human Resources Specialist, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:

• Support all HR functions, including: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and employee development
• Manage recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations
• Develop ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates
• Maintain HR Information System and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations

A few must-haves for Human Resources Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience (OR)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR field, ideally in healthcare
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency
