As a Human Resources Specialist, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
- Support all HR functions, including: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and employee development
- Manage recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations
- Develop ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates
- Maintain HR Information System and ensure compliance with federal/state employment regulations
A few must-haves for Human Resources Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience (OR)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR field, ideally in healthcare
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency
