Human Resource Generalist

Location: Sonora, CA | On-Site
Pay: $28 - $30 per hour | 40 Hours Monday - Friday

Insync Consulting is looking for an HR Generalist to join our our Healthcare client team in Sonora, CA. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for managers and staff, providing guidance on employee relations, HR policies, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day human resources operations.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
• Conduct initial employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance management and corrective actions.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, compliance initiatives, and performance management programs.
• Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Assist with workforce planning by providing HR insights and policy guidance.
• Partner with HR leadership to implement HR initiatives and ensure consistent application of policies.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  

What We're Looking For:

Required:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and employment practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred:

• Human Resources experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
