This crucial role will support the efficient operation of the HR department by providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate employee records, and facilitating various HR processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and maintain benefits-related records.
- Help organize employee training sessions, and company events.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Serve as a back up for processing payroll.
