Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries
Support full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Assist with performance evaluations and coaching initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure regulatory compliance
Support benefits enrollment, leave management, and policy communication
Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and employee engagement
Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related HR role
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
