Plascore has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist to be a part of the Human Resources Team. This position will develop and administer policies and programs in the areas of talent acquisition, employee engagement and employee relations. Provide guidance, counsel, and problem-solving support to team leaders, teams, and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of all human resource records associated with talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Streamline and improve the talent acquisition life cycle with evidence-based selection methods.
  • Develop and implement career development programs.
  • Recruitment of leadership positions and advanced professionals.
  • Oversight on all employee relations issues.
  • Implementation and rollout of quarterly and yearly staff/leader evaluations.
  • Involved in HR Strategic Planning and new program development.
  • Recommend and conduct training programs in relevant areas.
  • Recommend and administer programs that promote positive employee experiences including building relationships with all team members and having an active presence on the manufacturing floor.
  • Assist with processing terminations and exit interview.
  • Assist and follow up on New Hire Check-Ins.
  • Promote a strong employer brand.
  • Develop talent pipeline with educators and community groups.
  • Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner.
  • Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Three to five of progressively more responsible experience helpful
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relative field preferred
  • Experience with Employee Relations and Recruiting required
  • SHRM Certification preferred
  • Must be able to work well independently and be self-directed
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR Regulations. Therefore, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident ('Green Card').
