HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) MANAGER / All locations

The Human Resource Manager leads and manages all aspects of Fish River Rural Health's HR functions. This includes employee recruitment posting, onboarding personnel, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll, time and attendance, and compliance. Position reports directly to Director of Finance and Human Resources. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management and have at least 2 years' experience in HR and benefits administration.
