Responsibilities

  • Lead HR administration tasks and ensure accurate employee records and compliance.

  • Oversee recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with timely milestones.

  • Manage performance tracking and implement merit-based development plans.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures.

  • Design and monitor KPIs to measure HR outcomes and pipeline health.

  • Lead employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Coordinate training and development programs aligned with career growth.

  • Maintain workforce planning through territory and function-specific pipelines.

  • Prepare HR analytics reports for management review and decision making.

  • Administer compensation and benefits processes in collaboration with leadership.

  • Support office administration, facilities, and cross-functional coordination.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 5+ years HR generalist/HR administration experience with payroll and benefits exposure.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

  • Proven track record in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Strong HR analytics capability and KPI design for workforce health.

  • Experience in performance management and merit-based development plans.

  • Excellent employee relations skills and conflict resolution ability.

  • Proficiency in workforce planning and territory/function-specific pipelines.

  • On-site availability with ability to coordinate cross-functional training programs.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience supporting facilities and office administration.
