A growing and successful multi-location organization in the Greater Burlington area is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across multiple locations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and related programs.
- Support managers with coaching, employee development, and performance improvement processes.
- Coordinate employee training and leadership development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- Multi-location experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary of $100,000- $125,000 based on experience.
