Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data management
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
  • Food industry, manufacturing, food manufacturing or similar industry experience is preferred

Compensation:

  • Full benefits including insurance, paid time off, retirement and more
  • Salary commensurate with experience but likely in the $100,000 to $115,000 range
