Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and communicating with applicants.
Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers with performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
Prepare employment letters, contracts, HR reports, and other personnel documentation.
Support training and professional development initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits administration as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR information systems (HRIS).
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or CIPD is a plus.
Experience supporting distributed or international teams.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software.
Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services industries.
