Who You Are
z-AIMS is currently seeking a full-time experience Human Resource Manager responsible for providing a wide range of personnel-related administrative tasks. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
What You'll Do
- Manage full circle onboarding
- Maintain and enhance employee benefit programs, including compensation, health insurance, Workers Comp insurance, expense reimbursement and vacation
- Oversee and process Payroll, Benefits, and 401-K Plans
- Ensure smooth communication with Field Executive Directors and employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Advise leadership on workforce management and organizational policies
- Support leadership in additional assigned project-based work for the overall benefit of the organization
What You Bring
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of human resources and payroll experience
- Significant understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent judgment, organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Partners, Senior Executives, Staff and Clients
- Ability to complete tasks and projects with little or no guidance
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
