Street Level is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Pasadena, CA.
The Human Resources Manager will be an integral member of the firm's operations and management team helping foster the firm's growth. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Talent Acquisition team, leading employee onboarding, administering benefits, leading compliance, managing employee relations, supporting the payroll team, assisting with policy development, and fostering a firmwide culture and values.

Street Level's compensation package consists of three components: 1) a base salary, 2) performance bonus, and 3) firm-wide profit sharing. The pay scale for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. An HR Manager who meets or exceeds performance goals can earn up to $150,000 annually.
