What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead recruiting initiatives to attract qualified candidates across multiple locations.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support employee relations efforts and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Assist managers and employees in resolving workplace concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Encourage employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
HR Operations & Leadership
- Supervise recruiting activities and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning and strategic HR projects.
- Support onboarding programs that set new employees up for success.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to hiring processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
