We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to support employee leave and benefits-related processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in HR shared services, employee support, customer service, benefits administration, or HR operations who thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy helping employees navigate important workplace programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding leave-related questions and requests.
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and employee inquiries while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain detailed records within internal systems.
- Track cases, monitor required documentation, and ensure timely follow-up with employees and internal stakeholders.
- Research and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of employee requests.
- Maintain organized electronic records and support process documentation.
- Assist with administrative support functions, including processing incoming documentation and updating internal systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service, HR support, employee services, benefits administration, or related experience.
- Previous experience in an HR Shared Services, Human Resources Operations, Benefits, or Employee Support environment strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience supporting leave administration, employee benefits, or accommodations is a plus but not required.
- Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $18–$21/hour
